Resolved: Shared Web Server WS036 Issues

The issues with WS036 have been resolved and the server is back to operating normally.

We are aware of the issue with the server and are working toward repairing it. The server is currently online, though there may be intermittant outages through the night as we affect the necessary repairs.

We will post status updates here as information becomes available.

Resolved: Intermittent Network Connectivity Issues

The Intermittent Network connectivity issues have been resolved. A single piece of Network hardware was at the root of the issue.

Columbus, OH: Emergency core router maintenance 11/13 @ 0300 EDT

An issue has been identified with one of our core routers in our Columbus Ohio Datacenter. We will be performing emergency maintenance tonight at 0300 EDT to repair the issue.
