The network issue we were experiencing has been identified and resolved. Traffic should be returning to normal. The situation will continue to be monitored.

We are currently experiencing a network issue that is affecting connections to several of our servers. It is causing dropped connections as well as very slow connections.
The issue has been escalated and is being worked on. Currently there is no ETA for a resolution.
We will post again when we have an update.

We are currently experiencing a network issue from an upstream provider that is affecting connections to one of our off site Securestor servers. It is causing dropped connections as well as very slow connections.
The telco is working on it and has escalated the issue. Currently there is no ETA for a resolution.

If your website is experiencing downtime today (November 16th 2011) it may be related to our ws022 web server. The server is currently down and maintenance work is being done.
